Do you only work in Andalusia? +
No. We’re based in Seville, but we support and invest in hospitality projects all over Spain.
Do I need to have premises before contacting you? +
Not at all. Many projects come to us while they’re still just an idea, which is exactly the best time to avoid costly mistakes.
How do you decide which projects to invest in? +
We look at the concept, the team, the financial viability and the growth potential. If it fits, we put forward an investment proposal tailored to the project.
Can I hire just the consultancy, without investment? +
Yes. Most of the projects we work with only need support. Investment is one more option, not a requirement.
Do you also work with businesses that are already open? +
Of course. We help restaurants and hotels that are already trading to improve profitability, reorganise operations or prepare for expansion.
