About us
At Grupo Oleilú we are a business group specialising in hospitality and tourism in Andalusia, committed to offering quality services and experiences that reflect the cultural, culinary and tourist richness of our region. Our mission is to drive the development of Andalusian tourism through innovative projects, a personal approach and professional management tailored to each client’s needs.
Today the group is made up of Taberna Bidón, Bar La Pescadería and Bar La Gavidia in Seville and Casa Palacio Balbaína in Córdoba, and very soon we will be joined by Bar Gonzalo in Seville and Zarabanda in Córdoba. Each has a personality of its own, but they are all united by the same philosophy: offering a quality dining experience and showcasing the culinary and cultural richness of Andalusia.
At Grupo Oleilú we work every day to promote Andalusian hospitality, championing quality produce, friendly service and professional management that contributes to the development of tourism and gastronomy in our land.
